Anil Relia

Born in Surat, completed his Bachelor’s in Fine Arts majoring in Serigraphy and Photography from M. S. University, Vadodara. He began his career as a graphic designer in an advertising firm in Ahmedabad. In 1978, he started a design studio, a small atelier under the name ‘Archer’ which excelled in artistic and commercial work. In 1994 along with M. F. Husain, Anil Relia pioneered the printing for fine art serigraphy. Since then he has worked with some of the most prominent artists of the country to publish their limited editions. He devotes a lot of his time encouraging art & artists through different positions at various organizations like, Trustee of Kala Ravi Trust, Honorary Director at Husain Museum, Amdavad ni Gufa.
