This limited edition serigraph is part of a series titled ‘The Ahmedabad Serigraphs’ which consist of 33 serigraphs done by 33 different artists each serigraph is a window to the city, as seen from the eyes of the artist, each of who has presented a central idea of Ahmedabad as testimony of their feeling for the city.

This serigraph is based on the Gandhian philosophy that inspired Parekh since childhood. Her family being a strong Gandhi follower, the roots of the Gandhian philosophy are imbibed deep into her. This work shows various scenes of the inspirational stories of M. K. Gandhi, starting with three iconic monkeys in the central space. Briefly talking about the scenes, clockwise top left is the story of a goat and Bapu; right next, the story of young Mohandas Gandhi and the school incident; Bapu and a tumbler of water incident; the incident of Bapu and a young man; incident of Bapu and a young girl named Prabhavati; Satyagraha scene; Gandhi playing with a toddler; Bapu teaching kids; incident of young M.
