Nitesh Chaudhari

Nitesh is an artist who attained his post graduation in painting diploma from M.S.U. Baroda (2021). He completed his diploma in drawing & painting from Sheth C.N. collage of fine arts, Ahmedabad (2016). He participated in Gujarat Kalaprathisthan painting workshop (2014).He also participated in the 13th Kalavart International Art festival Kalavart Nyas, Ujjain (2013).

Nitesh Chaudhari is a native of Borigala village in Surat district. The people here have a tribal society.

His art practice deals with the study and observation of his surrounding environment from his daily life. He incorporates the simple living of people and the various factors, objects, and other living beings from the villages to explore life in Indian villages. His works try to exhibit the vast experience of his through the various subjective fragments. They may look like reflections of the actual event, but they are brought from a deeper understanding of cast backgrounds, religious differences, and gender wise differentiation of works as an important fragment and truth of village life. He finds mediums like watercolour and charcoal sticks more appealing and handy to create his artworks. The artist currently lives and works in Baroda.
