Nilesh Suthar

Born in Ahmedabad, studied Diploma in Drawing and Painting from Sheth C. N. College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad and Post Diploma in Painting from M. S. University, Vadodara. Since 1996, he has exhibited his works in various shows frequently, especially at Gujarat State Lalit Kala Academy. In 2004 his works were exhibited in ‘46th National Exhibition of Art’, Kochi. He has also participated in ‘Concern India Show’ at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai in 2016. He has held a solo show at the Jawahar Kala Kendra in 2013. He has been awarded, 35th, 39th and 45th Gujarat State Lalit Kala Academy Award in years 1995, 1999 and 2005 respectively.

He lives and works in Ahmedabad.
